10 Cannabis events you should attend in 2022

The North American cannabis industry is fast-growing to be the most extensive legal marijuana enterprise across the globe, thanks to the partial and total decriminalization of cannabis in the United States and Canada, respectively.

The industry has experienced rapid beneficial changes in the last decade. In fact, it is sometimes hard to keep up with the changes in the industry. This is why we recommend you attend cannabis expos and events to keep track of the strides being taken by the community to remain relevant long term.

To an experienced member of the cannabis industry, cannabis events are nothing new. These are events organized regularly (annually, monthly, or weekly) by stakeholders in the industry for members or spectators in the sector to gather and talk about the market’s growth or propose suggestions to build the industry further.

Attendees could include cultivators, breeders, exhibitors, retailers, processing companies, and other members of the companies that service the industry. Spectators are not excluded.

Since the start of the year, several major cannabis events have taken place, including the Northeast Cannabis in New York (January), the Emerald Conference in San Diego (February), the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference in Florida, the National Cannabis Festival in Washington DC (April), the Life & Co Expo in Ontario, and most recently, the National Interdisciplinary Cannabis Symposium in California.

We’ve just gotten to the middle of 2022, and many other cannabis events are lined up to take place in Canada and the United States. Here are ten major events set to occur at different times from June to December 2022.
